This polish is really interesting. From a distance it just looks brown, but up close you can see it is chock full of pink, blue, orange, & yellow glassflecks. I don't know why they called it mauve.. it's definitely more of a brown/bronze with maybe just a slight hint of mauve. I guess Just Busta Brown doesn't sound as good. This is 3 coats of Just Busta Mauve & 1 coat of top coat.

This polish is a Target Exclusive. I purchased mine from Target.comfor $7.04 (random price right?), but it can also be found in Target stores.
This song isn't really my style but I can't read the name of this polish without thinking of it.. here is "Bust A Move" by Young MC.
Hooray for my first custom polish!! The moment I saw that Cindy from Shimmer was taking custom orders, I knew I was gonna have to get one. I initially waited a couple weeks (unsuccessfully tried to convince myself I didn't need it), and then caved in. Boy am I glad I did - I absolutely love it!! She makes it so easy - you just tell her what you want the primary & secondary colors to be (I chose purple & teal), then I just told her some of my other fave colors and basically said "the more the merrier." She did a phenomenal job! It has all the colors of the rainbow and more!
This is 2 and a 1/2 coats (I had to do a little dabbling) of Shimmer Maria, followed by 1 coat of Gelous, & 1 coat of Essie Good To Go. I apologize in advance for some of the crappy photos. It was raining all day and I had a hard time capturing the true beauty of this polish :(

These 2 pics were taken on the day I first received this polish. As you can see it was a much sunnier day:
I had swatched it on my thumb that day & forgot to moisturize my cuticles so they have been cropped out for your viewing pleasure!
Since this polish is my namesake I figured I should post my favorite song of all time to go with it. I have loved this song since I was 6 years old, and I probably always will. Here is "Enjoy The Silence" by Depeche Mode.
This polish is super blingy and gorgeous! It's loaded with hexes of rosy pink, gold, yellow, & iridescent green/blue all packed in a very dense iridescent pink/yellow duochrome shimmer that looks like micro flakies! Layering it over black really makes the shimmer come out and play! However, as you can see on my ring finger, it looks beautiful on it's own as well. On all fingers *except* my ring finger I did 2 coats of A Little Kindness over black. On my ring finger I did 3 coats of A Little Kindness by itself. All fingers were then topped with 1 coat of Gelous & 1 coat of Essie Good To Go.

I purchased this bottle off of the Rainbow Honey website from their Equestria Collection. Minis are $5 and full sized bottles are $10. Check out their Facebook page as well, and don't forget to "like" them :)
The song that this polish makes me think of is "A Little Respect" by Erasure.
This polish is a beautiful white crelly loaded with pink, purple, & fuchsia hexes. Application was great, not too thin or too thick, just right. It's so yummy looking! It makes me crave cookies & cream ice cream.. This is 3 coats of Candy Kisses with 1 coat of top coat.
This polish is a beautiful blue jelly infused with blue & green hexes. In some lighting circumstances it looks like it's glowing on your fingertips! Application was slightly challenging because of the glitters, but it wasn't too bad. The only thing that really disappointed me about this polish was it didn't stay on very long. I have been using the PVA/Elmer's glue base coat method (which can be found here), so maybe that's why. All I can say is that it started chipping off a lot sooner than I would have liked it to (about 12 hours into wearing it). Since I've been doing the Elmer's glue thing most polishes usually last around 24 hours before they start lifting off, but that's just been my experience, other people have said it lasted days on them. I do tend to wash my hands a lot so that's probably why it doesn't last as long on me. This is 3 coats of Blue-Eyed Girl & 1 coat of top coat.

I purchased this polish from Copious when I had gotten one of their $10 credits, so it only cost a penny! Kleancolor can also be purchased from their website, and Amazon sells them as well.
My random song of the day is "Ceremony" by New Order.
I know I'm super late to the Floam party, but hey, I finally made it! I was able to snag a bottle a few months ago and ever since then it's been sitting in my untrieds (how shameful of me!). This polish consists of matte micro glitters of green, yellow, & blue in a clear base. I had no application issues, but it does dry very gritty so it definitely needs a couple layers of top coat. It's totally worth it because it really is just as awesome as everybody said it would be! This is 3 coats of Floam, followed by 1 coat of Gelous, & 1 coat of Essie Good To Go.

I purchased this bottle off of the Ninja Polish website about 2 or 3 months ago (they have a new bottle design now, but it's still the same polish). Floam is out of stock at the moment, but you can follow Ninja Polish on Facebook to keep up on their restocks and updates. Nail-Venturous doesn't make polishes anymore, but she does phenomenal nail art! Check out her blog and her Facebook page:)
My random song of the night is "Within Your Reach" by The Replacements.
This polish combines 2 of my favorite colors, so needless to say I flippin' love it!! It's a purple crelly loaded with teal/holographic glitters (squares & hexes!), and micro fine glitters that are either silver or a lighter purple (I can't really tell because the purple crelly base tints them), either way it's absolutely beautiful! My only complaint about this polish is the bottle, specifically the cap & neck of the bottle. It's almost as if they're not the right fit for each other - very snug and difficult to remove & replace. This is 3 coats of Magic Carpet Ride, followed by 1 coat of Gelous, & 1 coat of Essie Good To Go.
Another amazing MST3K inspired polish from Polished Perfection! You can read my other post on "Satellite of Love" here. This time around it's Mr. gumball head himself, Tom Servo! This polish is jam packed with red hexes (of 2 different sizes), silver/holographic hexes (of 3 different sizes!), & silver/holographic bars, all in a clear base. I started off by painting my nails with just plain black & white cremes on alternating fingers (to match Tom's "hoverskirt"). Then I did 1 coat of Servo over the black fingers, and 2 coats of Servo over the white (I found the white polish to be just a little too stark with only 1 coat), followed by 1 coat of Gelous & 1 coat of Essie Good To Go. Unfortunately the sun refused to come out today, so I wasn't able to capture the true sparkle of this glitter.. but it still looks good!
